We have our own team of time served fully qualified service engineers, who have maintenance vehicles stocked with common spares needed to achieve a 96% (verified figure for 2014-15) first fix rate of repair.

Headed by our Service Manager, who recognises the need to respond promptly to all our customer requirements, from a single job to a comprehensive service contract for multiple sites.
